Can I pick up my pot instead of having it shipped?

Is there a limit to the number of letters that will fit on a pot?
Most likely, your name will fit just fine on a pot. The record number of letters we've painted on one pot is 13! If you are concerned about the length of your name and how it will look on the pot, feel free to email us and we will let you know if it will fit. There is no extra charge for a longer name.

Can I have something other than a name or number painted on my pot?
We have had some pretty creative requests, and we try to accomodate each one if possible! Email us if you have a special request, and we can advise if it will work well on the pot.

Will the paint wash off the pot?
The paint we use is permanent, and they are intended for outdoor use. Like any painted surface, however, it will weather with time. I have had many customers tell me their pot still looks great after 2 and 3 years. I have had the same experience with my own pots. This is in no way a guarantee - there are many factors that determine how long a pot can last. Taking proper care of your pot will make a difference.
